Terms of Service

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the restylai website and all content and services available at or through it (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by MB Kimarta, Maironio g. 14-11, Kaunas, Lithuania. The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of this Agreement. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all of its terms, please do not use the Service.

This Agreement is between restylai and you, or any entity you represent (“you”). If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of another entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

The Service

restylai is an AI interior-design tool. You upload a photo of a room, choose a style, and our AI generates a redesigned, photorealistic version of that space. Paid plans additionally generate short video walkthroughs of the redesigned room. Generated images and videos are produced by automated models and are intended as design inspiration and visualization. They are not architectural plans, and results will vary.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the redesigned images and videos generated from them. You grant restylai and its service providers the limited right to store and process your content insofar as necessary to provide the Service to you (for example, to generate, store, and deliver your redesigns).

We do not use your uploaded photos or generated results to train AI models. Uploads and the renders created from them are stored only to deliver the Service. For anonymous free renders and free accounts, content is automatically deleted within 30 days. For paid accounts, content is retained while your account is active and deleted on request or after account closure.

Acceptable use

You represent and warrant that:

• you have the right to upload, and to have us process, the photos you submit;
• your use of the Service will not infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• you will not upload content that is unlawful, depicts minors, or that you do not have permission to use;
• you will not use the Service to create misleading or deceptive imagery, or to misrepresent a property in a way that could defraud others;
• your content does not contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• you will not use the Service in any manner that may disable, overburden, or impair it, including automated or abusive querying; and
• your use of the Service complies with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

restylai has the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or remove content, terminate any account, and limit access to the Service if the terms of this Agreement are violated.

Credits, plans, and free use

Paid usage of the Service is metered in credits. One credit corresponds to one standard image; higher-resolution images and video walkthroughs consume more credits, as shown at the point of purchase. Credits included with a subscription plan are allocated for the billing period and do not roll over; credits bought as one-time packs do not expire while your account is active.

The free tier lets you generate a limited number of watermarked, standard-resolution images per day with no payment. Free renders are watermarked and are not available as clean downloads. We may change free-tier limits at any time at our sole discretion.

Payments

By purchasing a subscription or a credit pack you agree to pay restylai the listed price. One-time purchases are charged immediately. Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan). You authorize restylai and its payment processor to charge the payment method on record. We may change or add fees after giving you advance notice. Listed prices are the prices charged regardless of applicable sales tax. For information about refunds, please review our Refund Policy.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period at the then-current listed price. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through the billing settings in your account, or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to paid features until then, after which your account is downgraded to the free tier.

Ownership and license

Subject to this Agreement, restylai grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period. Paid plans include a license to use your generated images and videos commercially. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service itself, including its software, models, and brand, remain solely with restylai.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and collect only the minimum personal information needed to operate your account and provide the Service. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we handle it. restylai is GDPR-ready and compliant.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is”. restylai and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations. You use the Service, and download or rely on its output, at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

In no event will restylai, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable under any theory of liability for any special, incidental, or consequential damages; the cost of substitute products or services; interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or any amounts that exceed the fees you paid to restylai during the twelve (12) months prior to the cause of action. restylai has no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond its reasonable control. The foregoing does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless restylai, its contractors and licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including your violation of this Agreement or of any rights of a third party.

Changes

restylai reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, this Agreement and any use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. The venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the same will be the courts located in Kaunas, Lithuania. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between restylai and you concerning its subject matter.
